Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Labrador Donut Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department, ensuring that all food and service meet quality control standards.
Key Responsibilities- Establish and implement efficient methods to meet work schedules and ensure timely food preparation and delivery.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, providing guidance and training as needed.
- Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation and maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Prepare and submit reports to management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to develop and implement new menu items and promotions.
- Ensure that all food safety and sanitation procedures are followed, maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
- Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- 1-2 years of experience in a food service supervisory role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures, as well as quality control standards.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced environment, with frequent standing and walking. A uniform will be provided.
