Casual Custodian Position

School District No. 67 (Okanagan Skaha) is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of Casual Custodian. This position plays a critical role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our schools and facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform custodial duties, including cleaning, disinfecting, and maintaining the overall appearance of schools and facilities.
  • Operate and maintain various cleaning equipment and machinery.
  • Restock supplies and materials as needed.
  • Collaborate with other staff members to ensure a smooth and efficient work environment.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in custodial or maintenance work an asset.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Physical ability to lift, push, and pull heavy equipment and supplies.
