Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Cashier to join our team at Ontario Inc. As a Cashier, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, operating a cash register, and processing transactions with accuracy and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate a cash register and process transactions with accuracy and efficiency
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries
  • Monitor all entrances and exits, request proof of payment when necessary
  • Calculate daily/shift payments received and reconcile with total sales
  • Suggestive selling and provide recommendations to customers
  • Work effectively in a team environment and maintain a positive attitude
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Excellent oral communication and teamwork skills
  • Reliability and accuracy in performing tasks
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
