Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Enterprise Solutions Senior Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality solutions to our clients, leveraging your expertise in IT and ERP consulting, professional software development, and IT project management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement large-scale ERP projects
  • Restructure business and IT processes and organization within an ERP construct
  • Support IT functions during mergers and acquisitions, including the functional and technical transformation of an organization's IT department
  • Evaluate an organization's IT and ERP architecture
  • Develop road maps and current state assessments
  • Design and implement feasibility studies for ERP strategy
  • Define global and local deployment strategy
  • Develop infrastructure approach and high-level design of ERP solutions (cloud, on-prem, hybrid)
  • Consider data and integration related to ERP platforms
  • Optimize depth of value added in ERP
  • Restructure core ERP processes (functional and/or technical)
  • Manage IT projects and quality assurance
  • Analyze and evaluate ERP architectures
  • Recommend ERP software and ERP platforms
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in mathematics, natural sciences, information technology, business management, or relevant field
  • 4+ years of practical experience in IT/ERP consulting, professional software development, or IT project management with a focus on one or more of the following: SAP, Salesforce, Oracle, Workday
  • Experience in business process design and configuration
  • Previous experience in a management role in two or more end-to-end ERP implementations in a waterfall or agile setting
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Outstanding analytical and conceptual skills
  • Experience with the management of decision processes at large organizations
  • Strong customer and results orientation
  • Confidence and persuasiveness
  • Experience planning and managing large, complex projects
  • Purposeful travel based on client and business needs. Expect 60% travel
