Brandt is seeking an experienced professional to fill a critical role in our Regina, SK Head Office. This key position is responsible for the efficient administration and invoicing of equipment sales, including account reconciliations and special reports.

  • Receive and review sales paperwork from branches across Canada
  • Ensure accurate calculation and maximization of program discounts from manufacturers
  • Process equipment registration and warranty purchases through supplier web portals
  • Update costings on equipment
  • Post and balance accruals on equipment
  • Invoice sales to customers
  • Update sales database
  • Receipt trades into inventory
  • Perform G/L account reconciliations
  • Review and validate salesman commissions

This multi-faceted position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and accuracy to meet tight deadlines. The successful candidate will also possess:

Salary: $65,000 - $80,000 per year

The estimated annual salary for this position ranges between $65,000 and $80,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
