Job Title: Medical Radiation Technologist

We are seeking a skilled Medical Radiation Technologist to join our team at Wentworth Halton X-Ray & Ultrasound. As a key member of our diagnostic imaging team, you will be responsible for performing high-quality imaging procedures and providing exceptional patient care.

Job Summary:

As a Medical Radiation Technologist, you will work closely with our team of healthcare professionals to provide accurate and timely diagnostic imaging services to our patients. Your expertise will be essential in ensuring the highest level of patient care and satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform high-quality imaging procedures using various modalities, including X-ray, mammography, and BMD.
  • Provide exceptional patient care and education, ensuring patients understand their imaging procedures and results.
  • Collaborate with our team of healthcare professionals to ensure accurate and timely diagnostic imaging services.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, adhering to regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date with the latest imaging technologies and techniques.
Requirements:
  • Graduate of an approved training program in Radiography.
  • Current registration and good standing with the College of Medical Radiation Technologists of Ontario (CMRTO).
  • Ability to work autonomously or as part of a team, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on patient care and satisfaction.

Our clinics are located in Stoney Creek, Hamilton, Waterdown, Burlington, and Oakville, with opportunities for flexible scheduling and career growth.

Compensation and Benefits:

We offer a competitive compensation package, including a hourly rate of $35.28-$39.35, as well as a range of benefits, including company pension, dental care, disability insurance, and more.
