About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Restoration Project Manager to join our team at Paul Davis. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the restoration and reconstruction of residential and commercial properties after traumatic events such as water and fire damage.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage emergency response and renovation projects to ensure timely and budget-friendly completion
  • Collaborate with owners, sub-contractors, and vendors to achieve project goals
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
  • Participate in local community events and promote the Paul Davis brand
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent relevant experience
  • Proven experience in construction project management or a related field
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
  • Valid driver's license with a clean record
