About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restoration Project Manager to join our team at Paul Davis. As a Restoration Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the restoration and reconstruction of residential and commercial properties after traumatic events such as water and fire damage.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage emergency response and renovation projects
  • Oversee budgeting and communication with owners and sub-contractors
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
  • Participate in local community events and build relationships with key customers
  • Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues in a timely manner
Requirements
  • Valid driver's license with a clean record
  • Ability to work nights/weekends and overtime, if needed
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent relevant experience
  • Construction project management experience is welcomed if willing to learn a new process
