Job Title: Food Counter Attendant

RICHMOND PIZZA INC. is seeking a skilled Food Counter Attendant to join our team. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a clean and safe dining environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and serve food and beverages to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Ensure that all food and beverages are prepared and presented to a high standard.
  • Maintain a clean and safe dining environment, including the kitchen, dining area, and restrooms.
  • Restock supplies and equipment as needed.
  • Operate cash register and process customer transactions.
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer complaints in a professional manner.
  • Work effectively as part of a team to achieve business objectives.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a food service environment is an asset.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
