Job Title: Interim Executive Director

Calgary Christian School (CCS) is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Interim Executive Director to lead our institution in providing faith-based, Christ-centered education. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of CCS, managing financial resources, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and fostering community engagement.

About the Role:
  • Oversee the development of key initiatives as outlined by the Board of Directors and the previous Executive Director.
  • Manage financial resources and ensure compliance with all regulatory standards.
  • Oversee school facilities and operations to maintain a safe, student-centered environment.
  • Foster relationships with key stakeholders, including parents, alumni, and local community leaders.
  • Serve as a key liaison with the Board of Directors, ensuring effective governance and communication.
  • Drive the strategic direction of the school and report on progress.
  • Ensure transparency, accountability, and empathy in addressing challenges within the school community.
