About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Ai Visionary Leader to join our team at Unreal Gigs. As an AI Product Manager, you will be responsible for leading the development and execution of AI-powered products that transform industries.

Responsibilities
  • Developing Product Vision and Strategy
    • Define the product vision for AI-driven solutions, aligning it with business objectives and market opportunities. Develop a clear roadmap for AI features and capabilities that deliver high value to customers.
  • Collaborating with Cross-Functional Teams
    • Work closely with data scientists, machine learning engineers, UX designers, and business stakeholders to define product requirements, prioritize features, and ensure smooth collaboration across teams.
  • AI Product Lifecycle Management
    • Lead the full lifecycle of AI product development, from ideation and concept validation to launch and iteration. Define key performance metrics (KPIs) and ensure that the product meets business and customer goals at every stage of its lifecycle.
  • Translating AI Capabilities into User Benefits
    • Bridge the gap between complex AI technologies and end-user needs by translating technical capabilities into clear product benefits.
  • Market Research and User Feedback
    • Conduct market research and gather user feedback to identify unmet needs and opportunities for AI-powered innovation.
  • Overseeing Product Launch and Go-to-Market Strategies
    • Work with marketing, sales, and customer success teams to plan and execute successful product launches.
  • Monitoring and Optimizing Product Performance
    • Continuously monitor product performance, gathering data to understand how users interact with AI features.
Requirements
  • Ai and Machine Learning Knowledge
    • Strong understanding of AI and machine learning principles, including natural language processing (NLP), computer vision, and predictive analytics.
  • Product Management Expertise
    • Proven experience in product management, with a track record of taking AI or data-driven products from concept to launch.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making
    • Ability to leverage data and user feedback to inform product development decisions.
  • Collaboration and Leadership
    • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical teams and business stakeholders.
  • Market Research and Customer Focus
    • Experience in conducting market research, competitive analysis, and user testing to drive product innovation.
