Key Responsibilities- Provide day-to-day support to Mortgage Specialists in all areas of credit administration, ensuring accurate and efficient processing of assigned work volumes.
- Support the Specialist and business timeline commitments, ensuring seamless delivery of customer service and business objectives.
- Work closely with the Mortgage Specialist to identify and resolve any issues or concerns, ensuring timely resolution and minimal disruption to business operations.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including Mortgage Specialists, Managers, and other support teams.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory requirements, and best practices in mortgage lending and credit administration.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in mortgage lending, credit administration, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work variable hours, including evenings and weekends, as required.
- Fluency in English and French (written and verbal).
