Restaurant Operations Manager
At Yatin's Kitchen Inc., we are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that we maintain the highest standards of quality and service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze budget to boost and maintain the restaurant's profits
- Monitor staff performance and provide coaching and feedback to improve performance
- Plan and organize daily operations, including menu planning, inventory management, and supply chain logistics
- Recruit, train, and develop staff to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide excellent customer service
- Set staff work schedules and ensure that they are adequate to meet the needs of the restaurant
- Supervise staff and ensure that they are following health and safety regulations
- Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies
- Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure that customers have a positive experience at our restaurant
Requirements:
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a restaurant management role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
