Job Title: Advanced Analytics Business Partner

We are seeking a highly skilled Advanced Analytics Business Partner to join our team at Green Shield Canada. As a key member of our Data & AI team, you will play a critical role in developing and supporting data strategy initiatives across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement data-driven solutions to drive business value creation
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate business requirements into data solutions
  • Design and develop visualizations and dashboards using data visualization tools such as Tableau
  • Work with large volumes of health and insurance data to turn complex statistical observations into succinct and concise business insights
  • Develop and deliver training on dashboards for both customers and internal users
Requirements:
  • College or university degree in computer science, data science, engineering, mathematics, statistics or related field
  • 5+ years of experience as a data scientist or advanced analytics expert
  • 5+ years of experience working with SQL
  • 2+ years of experience using Tableau
  • Experience using data science and advanced analytics techniques using Python, SQL to manipulate data and draw insights from large data sets
