Food Service Attendant

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Food Counter Attendant to join our team at Edo Japan. As a Food Counter Attendant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized work environment, and ensuring that our customers receive their orders in a timely and efficient manner.
Key Responsibilities- Clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs to maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Replenish condiments and other supplies at tables and serving areas to ensure that our customers have everything they need.
- Package take-out food to ensure that our customers receive their orders in a timely and efficient manner.
- Serve customers at counters or buffet tables, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our customers receive their orders correctly.
- Stock refrigerators and salad bars to ensure that our customers have access to a wide variety of food options.
- Take customers' orders, using a cash register and handling cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Receive, unpack, and store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards, and other storage areas to maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors to maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and provide exceptional customer service.
- Ability to maintain a clean and organized work environment.
This is a permanent, full-time position with a regular schedule of 30-40 hours per week. The work environment is fast-paced and physically demanding, requiring the ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds. The successful candidate will be required to work effectively in a team environment and provide exceptional customer service to our customers.
