At BEAVER HILL LIQUOR STORE, we are seeking a skilled Inventory Associate to join our team. As an Inventory Associate, you will play a key role in maintaining the smooth operation of our stockroom. Your primary responsibilities will include receiving and processing inventory shipments, accurately counting and recording stock levels, and ensuring that merchandise is properly stored and displayed. You will also be responsible for assisting customers with their purchases, answering questions, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Receive and process inventory shipments, including unloading, inspecting, and storing merchandise.
  • Accurately count and record stock levels, using a variety of methods to ensure accuracy.
  • Ensure that merchandise is properly stored and displayed, adhering to company standards and policies.
  • Assist customers with their purchases, answering questions and providing exceptional customer service.
  • Perform general cleaning duties, including sweeping, mopping, and maintaining a clean and organized stockroom.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1-7 months of experience in a retail or stockroom environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
