Job Title: Field Service Technician

We are seeking a skilled Field Service Technician to join our team at AppleOne. As a Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for performing repairs and maintenance on various equipment, including pumps, to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess and diagnose equipment issues to determine the necessary repairs
  • Perform repairs and maintenance on pumps and other equipment
  • Identify and order necessary parts and materials
  • Document work completed and submit reports to the Service Supervisor
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to emergency calls as needed
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of experience in pump repair and maintenance
  • G-licence and ability to travel to customer locations
  • Strong mechanical aptitudes and experience with rotating equipment
  • Ability to work with oils and maintain levels
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
