About the Job:
We are seeking a reliable and compassionate family child care provider to join our team at Diya Puri & Nitin Puri. As a trusted caregiver, you will be responsible for providing top-notch childcare services to families in their own homes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Childcare Services: Provide high-quality care and supervision to infants and children, including bath time, dressing, feeding, and putting them to bed.
- Household Management: Manage household chores, cook meals, and maintain a safe and healthy environment.
- Education and Development: Engage children in learning activities, such as reading, singing, and playing games.
- Logistics and Transportation: Transport children to school, appointments, and other activities.
- Support for Newcomers: Assist with immediate settlement needs of newcomers and/or refugees, including housing, transportation, storage, childcare, winter clothing, etc.
- Credential Recognition: Support newcomers and/or refugees with foreign credential recognition.
Requirements:
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in childcare or a related field.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Language: English is the primary language spoken in this role.
Working Conditions:
This is a permanent position with a 40-hour workweek. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and be comfortable with varying work schedules.
