We are a family seeking a caring and experienced babysitter to provide top-notch care for our two children.

Job Type

This is a full-time position, requiring a commitment of approximately 40 hours per week.

Salary Information

About the Role

We are looking for a reliable and trustworthy individual with experience working with young children. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to create a safe and engaging environment, and be able to establish a strong bond with our children.

Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality childcare and engage in activities that promote learning and development;
  • Establish a daily routine that includes mealtimes, homework, and leisure activities;
  • Maintain a clean and organized living space;
  • Communicate effectively with parents about their child's needs, progress, and any concerns;
  • Develop and implement strategies to support the child's emotional, social, and educational growth;
  • Be available to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, as needed;
  • Participate in regular team meetings to discuss child development, share best practices, and receive feedback and guidance from supervisors;

Requirements

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience working with children, preferably in a similar setting;
  • A valid first aid and CPR certification;
  • A clear background check;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods;
  • Flexibility to work varied schedules, including evenings and weekends;
  • Availability to commit to a minimum of 6 months;
