Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Personal Support Worker to join our team at Kindred Home Care. As a Personal Support Worker, you will provide high-quality care and support to our clients in their homes, enabling them to maintain their independence and dignity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide personal care and support to clients, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Assist clients with daily living activities, such as meal preparation and medication management
  • Support clients with mobility and transfer needs, including wheelchair and walker assistance
  • Engage clients in activities that promote mental and physical well-being, such as exercise and socialization

Requirements

  • No degree, certificate, or diploma required
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Work Environment

  • On-the-road job with frequent travel to client homes
  • Mileage paid
