Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Personal Support Worker to join our team at Kindred Home Care. As a Personal Support Worker, you will provide essential care and support to our clients in their homes, enabling them to maintain their independence and quality of life.

Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care assistance, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Assist with daily living activities, such as meal preparation and light housekeeping
  • Support clients with mobility issues, including transfers and ambulation
  • Encourage and support clients to participate in activities that promote their physical and emotional well-being
Requirements
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma required
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Work Environment

This is an on-the-road job, requiring the ability to travel to clients' homes and work in a variety of settings.
