Regional Sales Manager

Henry Schein Canada is seeking a highly skilled Regional Sales Manager to lead our sales team in the Ottawa region. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing and executing sales strategies, and building strong relationships with our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales plans to achieve business objectives
  • Lead and manage a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop solutions
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement
  • Develop and implement sales training programs to enhance sales skills and knowledge
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of sales leadership experience in a healthcare or related industry
  • Proven track record of sales growth and leadership
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed business decisions
  • Experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems
