Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and skilled Construction Labourer and Helper to join our team. As a Construction Labourer and Helper, you will assist in various construction tasks, including loading and unloading materials, erecting and dismantling scaffolding, and performing routine maintenance work.

Responsibilities
  • Load, unload, and transport construction materials
  • Erect and dismantle scaffolding, ramps, catwalks, shoring, and barricades
  • Mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt
  • Assist in framing houses, erecting walls, and building roofs
  • Level earth to fine grade specifications
  • Pave and rake asphalt
  • Clean and pile salvaged materials
  • Perform routine maintenance work
  • Remove rubble and other debris at construction sites
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Physical stamina to perform manual labour
  • Manual dexterity and attention to detail
  • Ability to work overtime as required
