We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Food Service Associate to join our team at A&W. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring that our customers have a positive dining experience.
About the RoleThis is a permanent position, working 40 hours per week. As a Food Service Associate, you will work in a fast-paced environment where you will be required to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. You will be serving customers at counters or buffet tables, taking orders, preparing food items, and maintaining a clean and sanitized kitchen area.
Your duties will include:
- Cleaning and Sanitizing Kitchen Area: Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, utensils, and surfaces to ensure a clean and safe working environment.
- Serving Customers: Serve customers at counters or buffet tables, take orders, and provide excellent customer service.
- Preparing Food Items: Prepare, heat, and finish simple food items according to recipes and company standards.
- Loading Buspans and Trays: Load buspans and trays with prepared food items and other supplies.
- Stocking Refrigerators and Salad Bars: Stock refrigerators and salad bars with fresh produce and other supplies.
