Job Title: Food Service Team Member

About Us: At Lobster Burger Bar, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional customer experiences. We're seeking a skilled Food Service Helper to join our team and help us maintain the highest standards of food safety and quality.

Responsibilities:
  • We are looking for a reliable and efficient Food Service Helper to join our team at Lobster Burger Bar.
  • This role is responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment in the kitchen and dining areas.
  • The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work well under pressure, and possess a strong attention to detail.
  • This position involves setting tables, replenishing supplies, cleaning and sanitizing the kitchen, and working efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • You will also be responsible for receiving and storing inventory, preparing condiments, and maintaining the overall appearance of the restaurant.
  • A key responsibility of this role is to ensure that all food and beverages are prepared and served safely and efficiently.

  • Certificate of Safe Food Handling
  • Food Safety Certificate
  • Ability to train with Secondary School Diploma required


Working Conditions:

Fast-Paced Environment: This role requires the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with overtime required, repetitive tasks, standing for extended periods, and working under pressure. The ideal candidate must be able to multitask, demonstrate initiative, dependability, and a positive attitude. Regular 40-hour weeks, permanent full-time position, English language required. Estimated annual salary: $33,000 - $43,000.
