As a seasoned leader at Dynamix Agitators Inc., you will have the opportunity to shape the culture and performance of your team by overseeing daily office operations, implementing innovative systems, and inspiring collaboration.

About This Role

  • This position requires a proven track record in office management or a similar leadership role, with a strong emphasis on team management and policy implementation.
  • You will be responsible for leading the implementation and ongoing management of Microsoft Office 365 across the organization, including training and mentoring employees on Office 365 tools.
  • Foster a collaborative and supportive work environment that empowers team members to excel, while actively monitoring project timelines and deliverables to ensure accountability and results.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Business Systems: Develop workflows, implement, and enforce office policies and procedures to maintain consistency and compliance.
  2. Systems Setup and Management: Lead the implementation and ongoing management of Microsoft Office 365, coordinating with IT support to troubleshoot technical issues and ensure system security.
  3. Project and Process Management: Work with a Project Management mindset, identifying inefficiencies and leading projects to improve workflows and systems, standardizing and overseeing processes for Daily Capacity Reports and CAPA meeting systemization.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in office management or a similar leadership role.
  • Strong track record of team management and policy implementation.
  • Experience working within the Office 365 environment.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities to inspire and guide teams.
  • A tech-savvy mindset with a proactive approach to driving improvements.
