  • Training and Development: Oversee apprenticeship training programs and ensure that new employees receive comprehensive onboarding and training.
  • Cost Estimation and Control: Estimate costs and materials required for projects and ensure that expenses are managed effectively.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed, maintaining a safe working environment for employees and customers alike.
Requirements
  • Education: A secondary (high) school graduation certificate is mandatory.
  • Experience: A minimum of 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field is required.
