Travel LPN Opportunity in Rural Communities

Are you a licensed practical nurse looking for a new challenge? We have a unique opportunity for you to work in rural communities in British Columbia. Our Travel LPN program offers a self-scheduling model, providing you with flexibility and work-life balance. You will have the opportunity to travel to various locations, meet new people, and gain diverse clinical experience.
As a Travel LPN, you will work in a variety of clinical settings and communities, providing personal care and performing nursing procedures. You will be part of a multidisciplinary team, working under the direction of the Unit/Program Manager or designate. You will have the opportunity to work in different locations, including Northern Health, Interior Health, and Island Health.

Requirements
Registration with BC College of Nurses and Midwives as a practicing LPN registrant
Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with residents, families, co-workers, members of the multidisciplinary team, and the public
Ability to deal with others effectively
Ability to organize work and implement a plan of care
Knowledge and competencies to work at full scope of practice as currently required by the CLPNBC, including administering medications
Ability to operate related equipment
Physical ability to carry out the duties of the position
