As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our optical lab, ensuring the highest quality products are delivered to our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Quality Control: Work closely with our customer service team to identify and resolve quality issues, ensuring that all products meet our high standards.
- Staff Management: Manage a team of production staff, ensuring that they have the necessary training and resources to perform their duties effectively.
- Process Improvement: Analyze our internal systems and processes to identify areas for improvement, implementing changes to increase efficiency and productivity.
- Technical Expertise: Possess a thorough understanding of optical principles and lab processes, ensuring that all products are manufactured to the highest standards.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with all stakeholders, including customers, staff, and management, to ensure that all needs are met.
- Education: Post-secondary degree or diploma in a related field, or equivalent combination of experience and education.
- Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership or management role in a production or optical environment.
- Skills: Strong management and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
