Ericsson is seeking a highly skilled Advanced 5G Solutions Architect to join our Product Development team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and developing advanced distributed micro-services architectures based on Kubernetes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the GNP Chief Architect to ensure that Agile development teams adhere to architectural principles.
- Translate business and technical requirements into comprehensive architecture and software designs.
- Ensure scalability, resiliency, and security requirements are properly implemented and adhered to by development teams.
- Work with distributed cloud, virtualized, and containerized environments to bring expertise to the end-to-end network.
- Lead system studies to enhance our GNP offering and propose relevant solutions.
- Lead Technical PoC (Proof of Concepts) as required.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's, Master's, or PHD degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field or equivalent experience.
- Hands-on experience designing and developing advanced distributed micro-services architectures based on Kubernetes.
- Proficiency in microservice implementation in distributed applications in a Linux environment.
- A good grasp on containerization, virtualization, and service orchestration technologies.
- Hands-on experience with cloud-based technologies and solutions, such as Microsoft Azure and related Azure services.
