Role Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Claims Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for adjudicating medical claims, data entry, phone support, and general office duties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Correspond with clients and representatives professionally
  • Maintain relationships with various clients and process medical claims efficiently
  • Accounting entries and daily banking procedures
Requirements
  • Past experience in claim administration is an asset, but not required
  • A college/university degree is beneficial
Essential Skills
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and mathematical skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Exceptional client focus with strong professional acumen
  • Ability to multitask and learn quickly with attention to detail
  • Dedicated team player with initiative and independence
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office software and QuickBooks
Benefits and Work Environment

This is a full-time position working Monday through Friday from 9am to 5pm. The job is located in the office, and we offer a supportive team environment.

The estimated salary for this role is $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
