Role OverviewWe are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Claims Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for adjudicating medical claims, data entry, phone support, and general office duties.
Key Responsibilities- Correspond with clients and representatives professionally
- Maintain relationships with various clients and process medical claims efficiently
- Accounting entries and daily banking procedures
- Past experience in claim administration is an asset, but not required
- A college/university degree is beneficial
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and mathematical skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication, and interpersonal skills
- Exceptional client focus with strong professional acumen
- Ability to multitask and learn quickly with attention to detail
- Dedicated team player with initiative and independence
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office software and QuickBooks
This is a full-time position working Monday through Friday from 9am to 5pm. The job is located in the office, and we offer a supportive team environment.
The estimated salary for this role is $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
