We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Outdoor Recreation Instructor to join our team at AQ Outdoors. As an instructor, you will be responsible for leading groups and individuals in recreational or leisure programs, demonstrating and instructing athletic, fitness or sports activities and techniques, and planning and carrying out recreational, fitness and sports activities.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in outdoor recreation and education, with experience in leading groups and individuals in outdoor activities such as hiking, camping, and water sports. You will also be responsible for maintaining and repairing sports equipment, ensuring health and safety regulations are followed, and assembling supplies, sports and game equipment.

In addition to your outdoor experience, you will also need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups of people. You will also need to be flexible and able to adapt to changing circumstances, with a strong commitment to providing excellent customer service.
