Traffic Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Traffic Control Supervisor to join our team at Metro Traffic LTD. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating and prioritizing tasks to ensure the smooth flow of traffic.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement plans to prioritize tasks and optimize traffic flow
- Organize and coordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless communication
- Prepare and submit reports to management on a regular basis
- Resolve work problems and provide technical advice to improve productivity and product quality
- Recruit, train, and develop staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties
- Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to staff
- Coordinate and assign work to staff, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively
- Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed
As a Traffic Control Supervisor, you will work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of attention to detail. You will be required to work under pressure and make decisions quickly to ensure the smooth flow of traffic.
Requirements- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
