Traffic Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Traffic Control Supervisor to join our team at Metro Traffic LTD.
Job Summary:The Traffic Control Supervisor will be responsible for coordinating and supervising traffic control activities, ensuring the safe and efficient flow of traffic. This role requires strong communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement traffic control plans to prioritize tasks and optimize traffic flow.
- Organize and coordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless traffic operations.
- Prepare and submit reports on traffic control activities and performance metrics.
- Resolve work problems and provide technical advice to improve productivity and product quality.
- Recruit, train, and supervise staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties.
- Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to staff.
- Coordinate and assign work to staff, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
The Traffic Control Supervisor will work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of attention to detail. The ability to work under pressure and make sound judgments is essential.
