About the Role

As a Sales Growth Strategist based in Victoria, you will develop and implement strategies to increase sales growth in our existing customer database. Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, you will also prospect and onboard new accounts while managing relationships with key vendors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales growth strategies to drive revenue expansion
  • Prospect and onboard new accounts to expand our customer base
  • Manage relationships with key vendors to ensure mutually beneficial partnerships
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business objectives and enhance customer experiences

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of related sales experience
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively and build/maintain effective relationships
  • Track record of achieving sales targets
  • Excellent negotiation skills
