Job Description

Xentek is seeking a highly skilled Cloud Service Management Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing information systems business solutions.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with clients to identify their requirements and document technical specifications to ensure that products, processes, and solutions meet business needs.
  • Analyze cost-benefit and return-on-investment analyses to support system implementation.
  • Develop policies and procedures throughout the software development life cycle.
  • Conduct quality assurance reviews to assess software products and information systems.
  • Resolve conflicts and provide ongoing support to clients after sale.
Requirements
  • Degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Experience in IT service delivery an asset.
  • Possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
