We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Supervisor to join our team at Tim Hortons. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and leading a high-performing team.
About the RoleThis role involves supervising and coordinating the activities of staff, ensuring that food and service meet quality control standards, and maintaining records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
Responsibilities- Establish efficient methods to meet work schedules and ensure timely delivery of products to customers.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff in the kitchen and front-of-house areas, including training them in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
- Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation and maintain accurate records of inventory.
- Address customer complaints and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Prepare and submit reports on sales, stock, and other key performance indicators.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- A competitive salary range of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.
