This is a full-time position that offers a competitive salary and benefits package. The estimated annual salary for this role is $**55,000**-$**65,000**, based on industry standards and the location of the job.

About the Role:

In this role, you will be responsible for supervising a team of sales staff, assigning duties, and promoting sales volumes. You will also be responsible for preparing reports on sales, merchandising, and personnel matters, as well as resolving customer complaints and supply shortages.

You will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, overseeing inventory management and coordinating activities with other teams. This is a great opportunity to develop your leadership skills and advance your career in retail sales.

Responsibilities:
  • Supervise a team of 3-4 people, with the potential to lead a larger team
  • Assign sales staff to duties and promote sales volumes
  • Prepare reports on sales, merchandising, and personnel matters
  • Resolve customer complaints and supply shortages
  • Oversee inventory management and coordinate activities with other teams
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a retail sales or management role
