We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced pharmacist to join our team at Nova Scotia Health Authority.
Key Responsibilities- Provide expert advice to customers on medication selection and use, including indications, contraindications, and adverse effects.
- Conduct thorough reviews of prescriptions to ensure proper dosage and safety.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of pharmacy staff, including pharmacists, technicians, and assistants.
- Manage the storage, packaging, and distribution of medicinal products.
- Pharmacy Examining Boards of Canada Certification
- Licensure by provincial or territorial authorities
- Experience in a hospital or clinical pharmacy setting
