Job Summary

Transport Car Fre is seeking a skilled Heavy-Duty Equipment Mechanic to join our team. As a Heavy-Duty Equipment Mechanic, you will be responsible for troubleshooting and inspecting equipment to detect faults and malfunctions, diagnosing faults or malfunctions using computerized and other testing equipment, adjusting equipment and repairing or replacing defective parts, and testing repaired equipment for proper performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Troubleshooting and Inspection: Troubleshoot and inspect heavy-duty equipment to detect faults and malfunctions, and identify the root cause of the issue.
  • Diagnostic Testing: Use computerized and other testing equipment to diagnose faults or malfunctions, and determine the extent of repair required.
  • Repair and Maintenance: Adjust equipment and repair or replace defective parts, and test repaired equipment for proper performance.
  • Physical Demands: Work in a physically demanding environment, handling heavy loads and equipment.
  • Tools and Equipment: Use a variety of tools and equipment to perform repairs and maintenance, including heavy-duty equipment and specialized testing equipment.
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in heavy-duty equipment repair and maintenance, with a strong understanding of mechanical systems and troubleshooting techniques.
Work Environment

As a Heavy-Duty Equipment Mechanic at Transport Car Fre, you will work in a fast-paced environment with a team of experienced professionals. You will be responsible for maintaining a high level of quality and productivity, and will be expected to work independently and as part of a team.

Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Schedule: 32 hours per week.
