Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at Redwood Residence Ltd. As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the overall well-being of our residents.

Responsibilities:
  • Administer medications and conduct specimen collection as required.
  • Monitor nutritional intake and observe and record medication's therapeutic and side effects.
  • Take vital signs and provide safety and health education to individuals and their families.
  • Provide nursing services, within defined scope of practice, to patients based on patient assessment and care planning procedures.
Requirements:
  • Eligible for licensure as a practical nurse by the province/territory of work.
  • Completion of the Canadian Practical Nurse Registration Examination.
  • First Aid Certificate.
  • Excellent oral communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a team environment.
