Restaurant Cook Position at @ ZAFFRAN

We are seeking a skilled and organized individual to fill the role of Restaurant Cook at @ ZAFFRAN. If you have a passion for culinary arts and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, this might be the perfect opportunity for you. As a Restaurant Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking meals, planning menus, and supervising kitchen staff. Attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure are key qualities for this role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and execute special events and functions
  • Determine food portion sizes and costs to optimize profitability
  • Develop and implement menus that meet customer demands and preferences
  • Procure and manage kitchen supplies and equipment
  • Supervise and train kitchen staff to ensure high-quality service
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and manage kitchen operations
  • Clean and maintain kitchen and work areas to ensure a safe and healthy environment
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Specialized knowledge of international cuisine and cooking techniques
