Job Title: Construction Project Manager

Pick Up Construction Ltd. is seeking a skilled Construction Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Planning: Prepare and submit construction project budget estimates, develop project schedules, and monitor progress.
  • Team Management: Hire and supervise activities of subcontractors, direct the purchase of building materials, and develop quality control programs.
  • Contract Management: Prepare contracts, negotiate revisions, changes, and additions to contractual agreements.
  • Site Management: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations.
Requirements:
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in construction project management.
  • Permanent employment.
  • English language proficiency.
  • 30 to 35 hours per week.
