Job Description

EllisDon is seeking a skilled Construction Project Manager to join our team. As a key member of our project management team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful delivery of construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and manage the activities of subcontractors to ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Evaluate daily operations to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.
  • Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to meet project objectives.
  • Prepare and submit construction project budget estimates to stakeholders.
  • Plan and prepare construction schedules and milestones, and monitor progress to ensure project deliverables are met.
  • Develop risk management plans to mitigate potential risks and ensure project success.
  • Prepare reports to stakeholders on project progress, including financial performance and any issues that may arise.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as construction management or engineering.
  • At least 5 years of experience in construction project management, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong organizational and planning skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Compensation:
