Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Regulated Pharmacy Technician to join our Pharmacy Department at London Drugs. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting pharmacists with daily operations, and contributing to the overall success of our pharmacy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service to patients and customers, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist pharmacists with daily operations, including processing prescriptions, preparing medications, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Operate the pharmacy computer system, managing inventory, and processing orders in a fast-paced environment.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of strategies to improve customer satisfaction and pharmacy operations.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination of services.
Requirements
  • Registration with the College of Pharmacists in the province of employment is mandatory.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, staff, and management.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently, with a high level of enthusiasm and a strong work ethic.
  • Ability to work quickly and accurately under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic computer skills and experience with pharmacy software.
  • Experience in a retail pharmacy environment is preferred.
