Job Title: Pharmacy Aide

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Pharmacy Aide to join our team at Westpark IDA Drugs. As a Pharmacy Aide, you will play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy of prescription information, maintaining inventory of medications and pharmaceutical products, and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:
  • Verify prescription information for accuracy and completeness
  • Maintain inventory of medications and pharmaceutical products, including ordering and stocking
  • Prepare medications for clients, including compounding and packaging
  • Enter client information into databases and maintain prescription records
  • Assist pharmacists with various tasks, including billing and customer service
  • Organize and maintain inventory, including cleaning and restocking shelves
Requirements:
  • College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
  • Pharmacy technician/assistant experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
