Risk Management Specialist

At True North Labour Inc., we are seeking a skilled Risk Management Specialist to ensure the safety and well-being of our construction workers. A key responsibility of this role is to develop and implement policies aimed at minimizing the risk of workplace accidents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain a safe working environment by conducting regular site inspections and identifying potential hazards.
- Develop and implement safety procedures and protocols to mitigate risks and prevent accidents.
- Assess and manage work-related hazards to ensure a safe working environment for all employees.
- Collaborate with contractors and subcontractors to ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.
Requirements:
Strong understanding of safety regulations and standards.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field an asset.-
