Job Title: Community Engagement Lead

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Community Engagement Lead to join our team at Publicis Groupe. As a key member of our social media team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing community engagement strategies that drive brand awareness and customer loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute community engagement plans that align with business objectives
  • Build and maintain relationships with community members, influencers, and other stakeholders
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create engaging content and experiences
  • Monitor and analyze social media metrics to inform strategy and optimize results
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in community engagement

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a social media or community engagement role
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful community engagement strategies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
