We are seeking a highly skilled Community Management & Tagging Specialist to join our team in Toronto.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive community management strategy to enhance our online presence

• Create and manage tags for content to ensure proper organization and visibility

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align community management efforts with business objectives

• Analyze and report on community engagement metrics to inform future strategy

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in community management and tagging

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field

• At least two years of experience in community management and tagging

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Knowledge of social media platforms and content management systems

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Knowledge of SEO and keyword research

• Knowledge of HTML and CSS
