The ideal candidate will hold a Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy and be registered with the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario. They should have experience working in a healthcare setting, preferably in a community environment. Familiarity with relevant legislation and excellent communication, problem-solving, time management, and documentation skills are also essential. A valid driver's license, auto insurance, and access to a reliable vehicle are required. Completion of a satisfactory Police Vulnerable Sector Check within the last six months is necessary.
Key Responsibilities:- Complete General and Specialized Assessments
- Develop Individualized Treatment Plans
- Provide Treatment to Clients in Various Settings
- Prepare and Submit Case Notes and Reports
- Collaborate as a Member of a Multidisciplinary Team
